Emergency Situations
- Global Security has offered crisis response services since 2002, being the first private structure established on a commercial basis in Romania.
Our clients are mainly from high-risk sectors, namely the oil industry, the rubber-materials production industry and port infrastructure industry.
From its establishment, to this day, our Intervention Teams have participated in extinguishing major fires in refineries and oil infrastructures, saving human lives and preventing the destruction and decommissioning of critical installations.
In addition to fire interventions, the Private Service for Emergency Situations within Global Security can also carry out:
- Preventive Measures at Public Events;
- Patrol Services and Infrastructure Protection;
- Rain Water Draining and Wind Debris Clearing;
- Water Transportation;
- Unloading and other necessary interventions in various emergency situations;
Global Security can assemble intervention teams for all types of P1, P2, P3 services, respectively, it has the ability to provide services for emergency situations faced by economic operators with fire risk and that are subject to the legislation regarding the control of major accidents, in which hazardous substances are involved.

GSS provides the following additional services within the field of crisis response:
- Consulting for the identification and assessment of fire risk, for ensuring fire safety and fire intervention;
- Preparation, qualification and training of personnel from Private teams in Emergency Situations;
- Emergency Dispatch;
- Technical assistance for fire-extinguishing vehicles;
- Consulting for any activity involving the prevention and extinguishing of fires;
GSS can provide support for the establishment of private services for emergency situations, including the development of projects in public-private partnership that can ensure the financing of the initial investment.
