Global Security Systems SA was founded in 1999, in Romania, as a company specialized in the provision of security services and security system installation.
Presently, it's service portfolio has been expanded to include crisis response, fire fighting and industrial cleaning, with the company being able to provide separate or integrated services throughout the country and abroad.
Since 2002, the company has two shareholders, Mr. Gabriel Badea and Rompetrol Logistics, a member company of the KMG International group.Â
Global Security Systems is a founding member of                Romanian Security Industry Association (ARIS) the oldest associative structure of private security in Romania. The company is also a member of the: Security Services Patronage (PSS) and the Romanian Association for Security Techniques (ARTS).

Quality Personnel – The right man in the the right place!
Our personnel are carefully selected; using psychometric assessment tools applied in the security industry, we ensure we put the "right man in the right place" (Predictive Index). Their integrity held to the highest standard, within the line of duty, and without, thanks to our on-employment and recurring polygraph (Laffayette LX4000) and integrity testing (Iron Screen).
Continuous Evaluation & Surveillance of Duties & Personnel:
Global Security continuously and systematically evaluates the performance of each employee, being evaluated twice a year based on key performance indicators (KPI).
Additionally, Global Security has a dedicated body of inspectors, tasked with personnel performance control activities whilst they're on duty, making planned visits to each objective and monitoring the agents' activities remotely through closed-circuit television systems.

GSS Infrastructure
- 3 Integrated Monitoring Centers for security and fire alarm systems organized according to industry standards and equipped with the latest equipment.
- SMART VMS – Dispatchers benefit of a software platform geared towards Integrated Monitoring (PSIM – Smart VMS) of all security and fire systems, burglary systems, perimeter detection, access control and closed-circuit televisions. At the same time, the Smart-VMS platform allows remote video monitoring and, using artificial intelligence, automatically signals suspicious or potentially dangerous situations, such as unauthorized entry into restricted areas, abandoned luggage, crowds of people and vehicles.

- ALARM MASTER – is the software we use for the management of installation and service activities. Based on advanced algorithms, Alarm Master schedules technical interventions judiciously and according to priorities, planning the necessary stock of spare parts, allowing customers to report defects and automatically receive real-time information about interventions and costs. Thus, shortening the reaction time and minimizing the effect on the technical systems operation.
